Phase 2, which went from Elkcam Waterway to Crosstown Parkway, began in 2022 and is now substantially complete.
When complete, the Floresta Drive project improvements will provide an enhanced two-lane roadway, with bicycle lanes, sidewalks, lighting and landscaping that spans a total of more than four miles.
