SHIP Program 2025 Annual Report available for review Aug. 11-22

The Neighborhood Services Department Community Programs Division has completed the Draft 2025 State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Annual Report. This report outlines the details of program accomplishments and activities through the year. The report will be available for comment for a 2-week period from August 11, 2025, through August 22, 2025.

About SHIP: The Florida Housing Finance Corporation administers the SHIP Program, which provides funds to local governments as an incentive to create partnerships that produce and preserve affordable home ownership. SHIP funds are distributed on an entitlement basis to all 67 counties and 52 Community Development Block Grant entitlement cities in Florida.
