Join us for a public information session Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., to learn more about the City’s new Commercial Facade Improvement Grant Program. The program will provide funding to assist local business owners in the restoration, renovation or improvement of commercial façades.
Business owners can receive up to $10,000 through a matching grant, with the program paying 50% of the improvement costs and business owners paying the other 50%. Total funding available for the program is $100,000.
Businesses must be located within the City’s official Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Census Tracts to be eligible for funding. To determine if their business is located within one of the Census tracts, business owners can search this interactive online map link.cityofpsl.com/CDBGMap.
The application period opens at 9 a.m. March 4 and closes at 5 p.m. March 25.
