Rise with Confidence

Rise with confidence and learn safe techniques for standing up after a fall. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels.

Cost:

• Fitness center members: Free
• Non-members: $5 plus tax
• Seniors older than 60: $4 plus tax

Non-members purchasing a day pass should arrive at least 20 minutes early.

Space is limited.
