The City of Port St. Lucie is updating its Comprehensive Plan, which will guide future development, maintain quality of life, and support economic growth. This plan also regulates land use and forms the basis for zoning regulations. The update process includes a visioning component to ensure the plan reflects the community's desires for future growth and development.
The first workshop was held Jan. 6 and focused on “Where are we now” while the second workshop took place Feb. 5 and centered on the question “Where do we want to go?” This upcoming workshop will include a discussion of “How do we get there?” and start to focus on the competing needs of the community.
Workshops are held from 6-8 p.m. at the PSL Community Center, 2195 SE Airoso Blvd., Port St. Lucie, FL 34984
