How do I reserve a park pavilion?
Park pavilion reservations can be made online or in person at the PSL Community Center. Learn more about reserving recreation facilities.

I'm hosting an event, do I need a special event permit?
A permit is required for any temporary outdoor event or sale that is not a regular or approved use of the property. If the event is already included in the business's tax receipt, a separate permit is not needed. Additionally, permits are not necessary for church events held on church property or for events at City parks or recreation facilities. Learn more about Special Event Permits.

Parking for guests with disabilities is conveniently situated near the festival entrance.

Can I purchase alcoholic beverages on site?
Yes, beverages are available at designated locations throughout the festival.

Where are restrooms located?
Bathrooms, including accessible facilities and hand-washing stations, are available throughout the event site.

Can I ride my bicycle to the festival?
Absolutely! Ride your bike and park it in the designated bicycle parking area.

Can I bring my own chairs?
Yes! You're welcome to bring chairs, but plenty of seating is also available on-site.

Can I bring a cooler?
No coolers are permitted on the festival grounds.

Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not allowed at the festival, except for registered service animals.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Inform the food vendor of any dietary needs when placing your order.

Will food be available for purchase?
Yes! Enjoy a variety of mouthwatering food options from our booths and food trucks.

Are fireworks allowed?
No fireworks are permitted on the festival grounds.

What if my child gets lost?
Contact any Festival Staff Member or On-Site Security immediately.

Can I smoke at the festival?
No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the festival. Guests may smoke outside the perimeter.

Is parking available?
Yes! Plenty of parking is available for attendees.

Security & Event Policies

  • Alcohol: Must be consumed within the festival grounds. No outside alcohol allowed.
  • Prohibited Items: No drones, weapons, fireworks, or other dangerous items.
  • Attire: No clothing with profane or abusive language.
  • Illegally Parked Vehicles: Will be towed at the owner's expense.
