Torino Regional Park Phase 1 Master Plan 2025

The City of Port St. Lucie is looking for artists to create a sculpture that will be part of the entry way into the new Torino Regional Park.

The sculpture will be located in the roundabout that will serve as the park’s main entrance. It will feature a “Fairytale Forest” theme for its playgrounds, and will offer recreational activities and preserved natural areas for residents to enjoy.

Artist submissions should express the unique identity of Port St. Lucie, while offering a visually stimulating and inspiring experience that reflects the “Fairytale Forest” concept.

Visual, craft or design artists in all media who are at least 18 years of age and legal residents of the United States are eligible to apply. Artwork installation is expected to be completed by June 2027.

Read the Request for Qualifications for full details, including project goals, artist qualifications and projected budget. The deadline for submitting a proposal is 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026. For more information, including how to apply, visit link.cityofpsl.com/ctasculpture.
