FAM Jam to highlight art, music and community

What: The City of Port St. Lucie Parks and Recreation Department is hosting FAM Jam, the City’s annual celebration honoring Black culture through food, art, music and family-friendly activities. Local creators will showcase a variety of original pieces from vibrant contemporary artwork to handcrafted jewelry and more. Families also can enjoy an expanded Kids’ Zone featuring interactive attractions such as a gaming truck, laser tag experiences and multiple inflatable obstacle courses.

When: Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, from 5-9 p.m.

Where: Whispering Pines Park, 800 SW Darwin Blvd.

Parking is available at Windmill Point Elementary School and Treasure Coast High School.

For disabled parking, there will be a designated lot inside Whispering Pines Park.            

Why: FAM Jam is a free event celebrating the sights, sounds and creativity of Black culture in Port St. Lucie. Attendees can immerse themselves in an evening of music, dance, art and community connection.

Event Schedule:

  • 5-5:30 p.m.: DJ Justchill
  • 5:30-6 p.m.: CAPE Universal Reggae
  • 6-7 p.m.:   Jam-X The Band
  • 7-7:30 p.m.: Group Dance with LaSocaFit
  • 7:30-8:30 p.m.: Jai' Eagle 
  • 8:30-9 p.m.:   DJ Justchill
