Tradition Regional Park (Coming Soon!)

Tradition Regional Park spans 110 acres and is located a quarter‑mile from the Tradition Parkway terminus at the Fern Lake Roundabout.

The PSL BMX facility, including a pump track and bicycle‑safety learning area, will be the signature feature of Tradition Regional Park and is currently moving forward with an anticipated opening in late 2026 or early 2027. PSL BMX is the first fully inclusive BMX facility of its kind in the United States and internationally, designed to integrate traditional BMX racing with all‑wheels adaptive riding.

The park is envisioned as an active regional destination featuring baseball, softball, soccer and multi‑purpose sports fields designed to meet growing community needs.

In addition to these sports amenities, the park will offer a variety of regional attractions, including a potential dog park, food‑truck and art‑event space, disc golf, and an adventure playground for families and visitors.

The park will also highlight passive recreation opportunities, such as nature trails, observation areas, a canoe/kayak launch and other complementary outdoor experiences.

Together, these active and passive amenities ensure that Tradition Regional Park will provide recreation, exploration, and enjoyment for residents of all ages and interests.
