What: City of Port St. Lucie legal advertisements will primarily be published on the St. Lucie County legal notices portal, in accordance with updated statutory requirements.
When: Beginning Aug. 1, 2026.
Where: Members of the public can view City of Port St. Lucie legal ads at https://fl-stluciecounty-legalnotices.civicplus.pro/158/City-of-Port-St-Lucie
Why: This change modernizes and streamlines public access to legally required notices, improves transparency and provides a centralized location for the community to access future legal advertisements.
The City has continued placing ads in the newspaper during the transition period and has advised the public that legal advertisements will move to the county portal starting with August meetings.
Residents may also opt to receive notices by email or first-class mail and can contact the City Clerk’s Office at 772-871-5157 or swalsh@cityofpsl.com for assistance or questions.
