(SHIP) Program 2024 Annual Report

The SHIP Program is administered by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. It provides funds to local governments as an incentive to create partnerships that produce and preserve affordable home ownership. SHIP funds are distributed on an entitlement basis to all 67 counties and 52 Community Development Block Grant entitlement cities in Florida.

The Neighborhood Services State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program 2024 Annual Report will be available for comment for a 2-week period from August 5, 2024 through August 16, 2024. It covers Fiscal Year Closeout 2021/2022 and the remaining Fiscal Year Interim (1) 2022/2023. The Annual Report will be submitted to Florida Housing no later than September 15, 2024.
