Mission Statement

The City Clerk’s Office is committed to delivering professional, transparent, and accessible services to the public. We manage official city records, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, oversee the mail center, and support the legislative process with accuracy and integrity.

What We Do

  • Prepare and distribute City Council and board meeting agendas
  • Transcribe and archive official meeting minutes. Minutes are typically available within one month and copies are $0.20 per double-sided page.  
  • Manage public records requests
  • Maintain the City’s official records and code of ordinances, which are available for public review during normal business hours.  
  • Serve as the City’s Election Qualifying Officer for the City of Port St. Lucie municipal candidates, which includes the Mayor and Council seats.
  • Operate the City Hall Mail Center
