What: The City of Port St. Lucie is excited to announce a new season of fall activities for all residents to enjoy. Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for a series of fun, family-friendly events, all for free!

When/Where:

Spread-the-Shade Tree Giveaway
Saturday, Sept. 6, 8-10 a.m.
Clover Park
31 Piazza Drive

Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful (KPSLB) hosts two tree giveaways per year. It is a drive-thru event, with City staff placing trees into residents’ vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Identification is required to prove City residency. Florida-friendly trees to be given away are avocado and Barbados cherry trees, along with a limited supply of 50 silver buttonwoods. All-America City Celebration
Friday, Sept. 12, 6-9 p.m.

2454 SE Westmoreland Blvd.

Port St. Lucie was named one of ten All-America City Award winners and we’re celebrating with you! Enjoy a live DJ, food trucks, a photo booth, and scenic views along the new boardwalk. Meet City staff and catch the Naturally PSL Stewardship Awards presentation at this free event.

Oktoberfest
Saturday, Oct. 4, 3-9 p.m.
MIDFLORIDA Event Center
9221 SE Event Center Place

Celebrate Oktoberfest with traditional German music, dancing and the wiener dog race. Admission is free. Highlights include a Volkswagen car club showcase featuring 25 vehicles, a themed photo booth, ceremonial keg-tapping, a flag presentation, German attire, and a lively biergarten. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

National Night Out
Tuesday, Oct. 7, 5:30-8 p.m.

2454 SE Westmoreland Blvd.

Join us for National Night Out hosted by the Port St. Lucie Police Department. The annual free event offers interactive activities, games and more at The Port District. Meet police dogs, learn about crime prevention and see special PSLPD unit presentations. Attendees can also look forward to learning crime-prevention tips.

River Nights
Thursday, Oct. 9, 5:30–8:30 p.m.

River Nights is a free event held along the North Fork of the St. Lucie River on the second Thursday of every month from October through April. Enjoy live music showcasing diverse genres and indulge in delicious bites and sip refreshing drinks from food trucks. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day
Saturday, Oct. 11, 8 a.m.-noon
Public Works Complex
450 SW Thornhill Drive

Keep Port St. Lucie Beautiful makes it easy for residents to get rid of their unwanted household chemicals and hazardous waste by providing a convenient place and time where the materials can be properly disposed. Residents can drive up to the drop-off location and volunteers will help unload any items for disposal, free of charge. For more information, visit www.cityofpsl.com/kpslb.

Get ready to enjoy autumn with three days of excitement at Fall Fun Fest! Festival goers will enjoy live music, carnival rides, delicious food vendors and a fun Street of Treats trick-or-treating event on Saturday. Get ready for the Haunted Trail produced by Boy Scout Troop #422. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Don’t miss movie night under the stars, presented by the PSL Youth Council, featuring Hocus Pocus on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. The event is open to all ages and admission is free. Carnival ride tickets are available for purchase during the event.

Veterans Day Ceremony
Tuesday, Nov. 11, 11 a.m.

Join us for this special service to honor those who have served. Seating is limited and attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.

Port St. Lucie International Fest
Saturday, Nov. 22, 3-9 p.m.

Enjoy a global experience at the Port St. Lucie International Fest, Culture and Cuisine event! This free event will showcase a diverse range of entertainment, exhibits, vendors, giveaways and food trucks offering delicious dishes from around the world. Savor international cuisine, enjoy cultural experiences and explore the global marketplace.

Join us inside the MIDFLORIDA Event Center lobby and art gallery for the Arts & Ideas Experience. At interactive booths, you can share your feedback on arts, culture and diversity, view international fashion displays and admire an impressive art exhibition.
