High Impact Plans
The City of Port St. Lucie wants residents to easily see how each department is working to make our community better. High Impact Plans (HIPs) highlight each department’s most important projects for the year.
What are High Impact Plans?
High Impact Plans are simple summaries that show:
- What each department is working on
- The top projects that make the biggest difference for residents to improve daily life
- How the work connects to the City’s Strategic Plan
- How departments are using time and resources wisely
They also keep the City accountable, aligned and moving toward long-term goals.
Residents can explore what teams across the City—like Public Works, Parks & Recreation, Police, Utility Systems, Communications, and many others—are doing to help Port St. Lucie grow, improve and stay connected.
