Riverland Paseo Park

The City and GL Homes partnered to create Riverland Paseo Park, a 12-acre family-friendly space located south of Discovery Way at the southwest corner of Community Boulevard and Marshall Parkway. The park features a 2-acre dog park, lighted softball and soccer fields, restrooms, bleachers with shade structures, and a concession stand.

Riverland Paseo Park is across from the Riverland Arts & Culture Center and next to the Valencia Walk residential community. Residents can enjoy playing and watching games on the fields, while their dogs have fun in the dog park, which includes fenced running yards for all sizes, a dog wash, pet waste disposal stations, climbing boulders, and shade structures.

The City broke ground on Jan. 12, 2023 and opened the park July 30, 2024.
