Park Improvements Phase 1 Completed: Florida Invasive Species Removal

Residents can now enjoy Wilderness Park, where the removal of invasive species has been a success! The park now showcases the natural beauty of native plants and trees that support our local ecosystem and prevent the spread of non-native species. Vital habitats for birds and other wildlife have been restored.

Stay tuned as we progress with the design of Phase I of the trails system, which will wind through native trees and open spaces, providing living shorelines for resident wildlife to flourish.
