Who Can Become an Ambassador?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
- Have a genuine interest in community service
- Are active and respected members of the community
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Are willing to attend training sessions and meetings
Qualification Criteria: To become an ambassador, you must be a graduate of City University. In-person sessions for City University are held annually, but there is also an on-demand option available year-round for continuous enrollment.

- Gather feedback from residents and relay it to city officials

- Tone: Ambassadors should use a friendly, approachable, and respectful tone, avoiding confrontational language.
- Consistency: We strongly encourage ambassadors to respond primarily by sharing city-created posts, ensuring a consistent and professional message.
- Accuracy: All information shared should be factual and up-to-date, with ambassadors verifying details from official city sources before sharing or responding to public inquiries.
- Community Sensitivity: Ambassadors should remain mindful of the community's diversity and cultural values, avoiding statements that could be misinterpreted or offensive to any group.
Code of Conduct
- Professional Behavior: Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times, whether in person, online, or over the phone.
- Social Media Interactions: Ambassadors should use discretion when sharing city content on personal social media profiles. When representing the city, they should maintain a neutral and respectful stance, especially in response to criticism or negative feedback.
