Garage Sales

The City of Port St. Lucie requires permits for garage sales. For regulations, read the Garage and Estate Sale Code.

Residents can advertise their garage sales and apply for a permit using the Garage Sale Permit Form below.

Each household is allowed a maximum of three garage sales per year.

Submit the form to advertise your garage sale on the Garage Sale Map & Listings page for free. Estate sales are advertised for a $100 fee.

If you are exempt from public records, please contact the Neighborhood Services Department for assistance at 772-871-5010.

For proper garage sale sign placement, read the City's Sign Code. The City will remove improperly placed signs.
