Payment Options

Customers have several options to pay their water bill.

Online

Step 1.Register and Login

New customers need to wait for their first bill to be generated before registering their account online.

Registered customers can login with an email address and password to review invoice history, payment history, schedule automatic payments, pay with previously saved payment information, and enroll in pay-by-text.

Step 2.Pay Online

Customers can pay their monthly water bill, utility deposits and new residential construction applications online using check, credit or debit cards.*

To make a payment online without logging in, you will need your 13-digit account number, which is listed in the upper right corner of your utility bill (example: 0123456789111).

We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, eCheck, PayPal, PayPal Credit, and Venmo.


Step 3.Autopay

Registered customers can set up automatic payments with a checking account or credit card to avoid late fees. Payments will be automatically drafted on the bill due date.*

Mail or Drop Box

Step 1.Mail

Customers can mail checks or money orders to:

Step 2.Drop Box

Simply place a check or money order along with your account information in any of our three drop boxes at City Hall, 121 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd.

  1. Curbside drop box in the roundabout between the Police Department (Bldg. C) and City Hall (Bldg. A) (available 24/7)
  2. Walk-up drop box near the eastside handicap parking (available 24/7)
  3. Inside City Hall lobby (available during hours)

Drop-box payments made after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Envelopes are available at both drop boxes.

* A 2.75% fee will be applied to all credit/debit card, PayPal, and Venmo payments, with a minimum charge of $1.95. For EFT/ACH (e-check) payments, a separate fee of $0.95 will be applied. The City of Port St. Lucie does not receive any portion of the service fee charged by credit card companies for transactions.
